Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:
  • Contest is open to legal residents of Oklahoma City, Tulsa and surrounding areas.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Employees of Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers, Heart & Soul 92.1, Power 103.5, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
  • There are two ways to enter the contest:
  • Online Entry: Visit LawCowboys.com and complete the registration form.
  • Mail-In Entry: Send a handwritten 3”x5” card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and mail to:

  • Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2025, and received no later than April 1, 2025 to be eligible.
3. Winner Selection & Prize Details:
  • One winner per station—winners must be exclusive to their station and cannot win on both Heart & Soul 92.1 and Power 103.5.
  • Winners will be randomly drawn the week of March 31, 2025 from the pool of registered participants.
  • Each winner will receive $250 as part of the Storm Relief Promotion.
4. Contest Period:
  • The contest runs from now until March 31, 2025.
  • Winners will be selected and contacted the week of March 31, 2025.
5. Claiming the Prize:
  • Winners will be contacted via the information provided during registration.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or another winner may be selected.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Additional Terms & Conditions:
  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers and participating radio stations to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
  • Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.
