Houston M. Smith
With over 30 years of proven success in personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, and products liability , Houston M. Smith is dedicated to providing competent and responsive legal services to clients across Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Throughout his career, Houston has tried numerous jury trials, achieving verdicts that reach into the seven figures.
Houston earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1988, after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of North Texas in 1985 and his Associate of Science at Texarkana College in 1982.
Houston is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the J. L. Turner Legal Society, the National Bar Association, and the Kaufman County Bar Association. He is also actively involved with his church and is a life member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and the Thurgood Marshall National Alumni Association.
In 2025, Houston co-founded the Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers with partners Ryan Polchinski and Andrew Polchinski, marking a new chapter in his legal career.
Andrew Polchinski
Andrew Polchinski has been practicing personal injury and workers’ compensation, successfully recovering millions of dollars for injured Oklahomans. He takes great pride in achieving excellent results for clients who have been injured due to others’ negligence. Andrew approaches each case with the highest level of car and approaches each individual case as if the injured party was a member of his family or himself. He knows that victims and families who seek representation in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases often do so amid highly turbulent times and does not take their trust lightly.
Outside of his work as an Oklahoma City personal injury attorney, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the beautiful state of Oklahoma. In 2025, he co-founded the Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers with partners Ryan Polchinski and Houston Smith.
Ryan Polchinski
Ryan Polchinski is a passionate litigation attorney with a focus on personal injury law. He is known for his integrity and approachable demeanor, always striving to respect his clients and achieve the results they seek. Ryan believes in empowering his clients by providing clear explanations of their legal options and helping them make well-informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Remarkably, before the age of 30, Ryan had an opinion published by the Court of Civil Appeals of the State of Oklahoma (Estenson Logistics et al vs Hopson, 2015 OK CIV APP 71, 357 P.3d 486), a significant milestone in his career.
